Admin-Only Delete Control

In many collaborative environments, such as those managed via Hive, the ability to delete or modify project actions can lead to unintentional data loss or the removal of critical information. The current settings in Hive allow any user with access to delete these actions, which can cause significant issues, especially in large teams or projects where data integrity is paramount. Hive users have expressed a need for a more controlled environment where only administrators have the capability to delete actions, or at least more restrictive settings that prevent unauthorized deletions.

- Admin Restrictions:
Implement a feature in the extension where only administrators can delete actions within Hive. This would prevent unauthorized deletions and maintain data integrity. - Template-Based Restrictions:
Enable the setting of deletion permissions on a template basis, allowing Hive administrators to set non-deletable actions and milestones when creating project templates. This ensures that certain essential elements remain untouched throughout the project lifecycle. - Creator and Admin Permissions:
Allow a setting where only the action creator and administrators can delete the action. This balances flexibility with control, allowing creators some autonomy over their contributions while still protecting project integrity.
