Community Poll Feature

HighLevel users are expressing a need to integrate a polling feature within community spaces similar to what is offered in Facebook groups. The pain point here stems from the absence of an interactive, in-context tool that allows community managers and members to solicit feedback directly within their community space. Currently, HighLevel users resort to external solutions such, as Google Forms, to create polls, which disrupts the seamless user experience and engagement within the community. By implementing a native polling feature, interaction and user engagement could be significantly improved in HighLevel community platforms.

  • Display Poll Results:
    Results should be viewable in real-time within the community space, allowing members to see dynamic updates as community members cast their votes.
  • Create Poll Functionality:
    The extension should allow users to create polls within community tabs, including options for multiple answers that can be easily set up and modified by the community managers.
  • Customizable Poll Settings:
    Provide settings to customize polls, such as anonymous voting, set duration for poll availability, and the ability to restrict voting to certain community members or roles.
