  • Advanced File Management Options:
    Features that allow users to create folders, tag files, and see file hierarchies to organize files more effectively within each project or list. This should include bulk actions such as move, delete, or change permissions.
  • Global File Search Functionality:
    A powerful search tool that allows users to find any file within the workspace by name, content, associated tags, or other metadata.
  • Task and Subtask File Visibility:
    From the task viewing area, users should be able to see all files attached to associated subtasks without having to navigate into each subtask individually.
