HighLevel users are facing challenges with the static nature of the Opportunity Lead Value field. The need arises especially when users are managing leads with variable transaction amounts or when specific campaign actions must be triggered by these amounts. For instance, users wish to place leads into distinct campaigns based on their monetary contributions, whether for sales or donations. This adjustment could dramatically improve campaign targeting and tracking effectiveness, yet currently, inserting dynamic values based on transactions into the Opportunity Lead Value is not supported natively.

🗒️ Feature Requests

  • Numeric Field Conversion:
    Alter the data type of the Opportunity Value field from static text to flexible numeric that accepts both direct input and values derived from calculations in other custom fields
  • Dynamic Lead Value Insertion:
    Develop an extension to allow HighLevel to dynamically update the Opportunity Lead Value based on transaction values. This should handle various conditions like new transactions or cancellations, automatically adjusting the accumulated value.
  • Variable Campaign Triggering:
    Extension should facilitate segmenting leads into campaigns based on updated Opportunity Lead Value. It should take real-time transaction data to reclassify leads, improving marketing efforts significantly.
  • API or Middleware Integration:
    Provide seamless integration capability, possibly via middleware, to accept values from external applications like Zapier, and from native operations like invoice payments, enhancing the dynamic capability of data fields within HighLevel.
