Dynamic Phase Selection
Hive users are currently experiencing limitations with the form fields related to project management. Specifically, when using forms to map actions into projects, users can select which project to associate with but not the specific phase of the project. This limitation results in the action card being automatically added to a default phase, often not relevant to the user's needs. This lack of specificity can lead to organizational inefficiencies and confusion, as it requires manual adjustment later to relocate the action card to the appropriate phase. Enhanced control over phase selection within project-related forms is highly sought after by Hive users to streamline their workflow and increase precision in task placement.

- Project Phase Integration:
The extension should allow users to select not only the project but also the specific phase within the project when using forms. This capability should dynamically pull in available phases based on the selected project to ensure users can directly map action cards to the desired phase. - Usability and Customization:
It should be user-friendly, providing a simple dropdown or equivalent interface within the form that dynamically updates to show phases based on the project chosen. Customizable settings for default phases based on project types or previous choices could enhance usability.
