Hive users are expressing a pressing necessity for an enhanced method to link emails directly from an action card. This improvement aims to streamline workflow by minimizing navigation between applications. Hive users report the current process as cumbersome, notably when having to search for an action card via email or check if emails were linked correctly. Simplifying this process, perhaps through visualization options such as drag-and-drop or direct links, could substantially improve productivity and user satisfaction. The goal is to make the interaction between Hive emails and action cards as straightforward as possible, reflecting a significant advantage in daily operations.

- Direct Email Linking:
Provide a 'blue +' icon or similar functionality within action cards to link related emails directly. Users should be able to link emails without leaving the action card. - Email Status Updates:
When an email is linked, automatically update the action card with this email's status, such as 'Sent,' 'Received,' or 'Followed up'. - Drag and Drop Linking:
Enable a drag-and-drop feature for emails into the action card. This feature should visually confirm the email has successfully linked to the action card. - Email Search Integration:
Implement a search feature within the action card to find and link emails quickly. This should support matching by subject, sender, or content snippets.
