HighLevel users have expressed concerns regarding the visibility of private appointments when calendars are synced. When personal events, like medical appointments or other confidential matters are added to a calendar, other users of the same HighLevel environment can see the details, titles, and full information of these appointments. The current workaround involves moving confidential events to a separate calendar which is a cumbersome solution. HighLevel users seek a privacy-centric update where private events in synced calendars appear as 'unavailable' or 'busy' without revealing any specific details to enhance privacy and meet compliance needs.

  • Event Visibility Control:
    Provide an option within the HighLevel platform to set the visibility of individual calendar events. This setting should allow the event to be marked as 'private,' making the details invisible to anyone but the calendar owner.
  • Compliance and Privacy Mode:
    Add a compliance and privacy mode that automatically enforces privacy settings on all synced external calendars, thereby preventing inadvertent sharing of sensitive appointment details.
  • General Calendar Privacy Settings:
    Implement settings at the calendar level that allow HighLevel users to set default privacy for all events within a particular calendar. This setting should include options such as 'Show as busy' for all events universally.
