As ClickUp continues to be a central tool for project management and team collaboration, the ability to export whiteboard content into various file formats like PDF, PNG, or even vector formats becomes vital. Currently, users can perform basic exports, such as saving whiteboards as PNG images, which often results in a loss of quality, especially with text legibility. A common point of feedback is the need for high-resolution or vector-based exports that maintain clarity and are suitable for professional presentations, printing, and sharing with external stakeholders, such as clients who may not have access to ClickUp.
