Users are looking for more sophisticated features to manage projects, assign tasks to specific users or client types, and have better visibility into task statuses on one comprehensive dashboard. A recurring theme in user feedback is the limitation of the current system where tasks must be attached to contacts, which does not suffice for all business needs. Users desire functionalities for better task segregation, customization of task views, and detailed reporting to improve workflow efficiency.

Include detailed task reporting in daily or weekly reports sent to clients and staff. Reports should provide insights into task completion rates and status updates. - Flexible Task Assignments:
Allow tasks to be assigned not only to internal users but also to clients, enabling clients to log in and view their pending actions. This feature should support assigning tasks based on user roles like Client, Account Manager, Sales, etc. - Comprehensive Task Dashboard:
Develop a master task dashboard that provides a snapshot of all tasks: ongoing, overdue, and upcoming. This dashboard should be customizable based on user preferences for which data points to display and how they are organized. - Task Templates and Automation:
Enable users to create task templates that can be reused, saving time when handling recurring projects or operations. Additionally, automate task assignments based on specific triggers or user actions within the system.
