- Template Update Propagation:
Allow templates to be dynamically updated and automatically propagate changes to all associated lists, tasks, or spaces. When a user updates a template, all items created from that template should optionally receive the updates. This feature should support both manual triggers and automatic updates, ensuring that users can control when and how updates are deployed across their projects. - Selective Update Application:
Provide options for users to selectively update templates. When a template is updated, users should have the option to apply these updates to specific projects or tasks, providing flexibility and control over how changes are implemented across different teams or departments within the organization. - Centralized Template Management:
Implement a centralized template management system within ClickUp that allows users to easily view, edit, and manage all their templates in one place. This should include functionalities like version control, rollback options, and edit history to facilitate easier management and deployment of template updates.
